Musing Mondays – Anywhere for a while?
Monday again? Where does the weekend go? It’s much too short! Today we have Musing Monday brought to you from MizB at Should Be Reading.
Our question this week is: What book do you wish you were reading right now? Where would you take it to, if you could go anywhere to read for a while?
Well, I wish I was reading the sequel to Witchlander by Lena Coakley (which doesn’t exist yet! You hear my Coakley? You need to be writing!). It was my favorite book in 2011 and the ending just screams “needs a sequel!” at the top of its lungs. If I could be anywhere to read then I’d like to be on a river cruise through the south of France. Somewhere warm and sunny, drifting slowly down the river while lying on a lounge chair on the deck. Of course, reading would probably be the last thing I’d be doing if I was suddenly in France. But since I think I shall never realize my dream of traveling the world, I shall have to settle for the sunny, nearly 80 degree weather we have in my hometown right now. Close enough, I guess.

oh, we choose similar places to do our reading!
The worst is when you want and need a sequel and there is no talk about it yet!
LOL, yeah, it’d be hard to sit and read if you’re in France 😉
